Java Tutoring For Students :

Objective :Solve the problems faced by students in programming  by giving them extra lectures and tutorials .

Courses for faculty members from other colleges:

Objective: To spread the knowledge of technology to faculty of other departments (e.g. College of Sciences)

Technology Weeks :

Open-source Week:

There was lectures that define open-source and alternative programs, and identify the law view of software piracy . And finally a debate between Linux and Windows supporters.

2-Digital Design Week

Workshops on how to use famous graphic design software (Blender for 3D- Photoshop) and lectures about how to improve their creativity

3-Computer Geeks Gallery

Objective: for interesting gadgets and computer machines and to satisfy the curiosity of computer geeks J

second : General Activities

Freshmen Orientation:

A ceremony was made in the beginning of the year to for officially starting DMC and for welcoming freshman (covered by media) . A general session for new IT students to advise them about what they should do and how to over come problems they might encounter.

Third : Competitions

IT LEGO Robot Competition:

We provide each group of participants and NXT robot tools; their mission is to create a useful robotic device.

5 Minutes Marathon

It’s a competition  where competitors have to make a 5 minute film about any academic problem in the university or any club activity using specified programs and tools.
